Want to be notified whenever someone posts a message to a particular folder?  To do so, after you have registered:

Under "My Settings" click on "Subscriptions"
Scroll down to the third section which says "Select Forum to Subscribe to"
Check the boxes for the forum you want to be notified of any post for.
Click on the "Subscribe" button.
